The Binditek Sourcing Process

Sourcing from China shouldn't feel like a gamble. Whether you are a distributor, a print shop, or a private label brand, we believe that transparency is the foundation of a long-term partnership.

Here is exactly how we work with you, step by step.

  1. Inquiry & Customized Quotation

    Your Action

Share your product requirements (size, thickness, color, quantity) and packaging needs (e.g., white box, colored sticker, OEM color box, color insert/leaflet).

    Our Action

Within 1 business day (24 working hours), we provide a professional FOB quotation based on your specific needs. We will also calculate the estimated volume and gross weight for your order and provide corresponding adjustment suggestions for optimal container loading.

  2. Sample Confirmation

    Your Action

Review the sample photos or receive the physical samples to check the quality, color, and texture.

    Our Action

Especially for new clients or new custom items, we prepare pre-production samples based on your requirements and arrange shipment via courier for your final approval before mass production.

  3. PI Confirmation & Deposit

    Your Action

Review the Proforma Invoice (PI) and confirm all details. Arrange the 30% T/T deposit.

    Our Action

We issue a formal contract and officially lock in your production slot.

  4. Artwork & Pre-Production Sample

    Your Action

Provide your final packaging artwork for OEM orders.

    Our Action

Our design team will check your artwork for any printing errors and create a final pre-production sample if requested. (For our EU partners, we also start preparing the required PPWR packaging compliance documents and GTIN labels at this stage).

  5. Mass Production & In-Process QC

    Your Action

Sit back and relax. We will update you on the general production schedule.

    Our Action

We strictly control tolerances (e.g., ±10 microns for covers) and conduct our standard 3-step inspection (Incoming material, In-process, Final). If needed, we can provide photos and videos of the production line for your peace of mind.

  6. Final Inspection & Export Preparation

    Your Action

You can arrange a third-party inspection, send your own QC team to our factory, or if you prefer, we can arrange an online inspection via pictures/videos as per your specific instructions.

    Our Action

We fully cooperate with any inspection format. Once passed, we finalize all export documents (including PPWR files if applicable) and proceed with the booking and customs declaration.

  7. Shipment & Balance Payment

    Your Action (Standard Terms)

Once the vessel departs, we will send you the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L) along with the Commercial Invoice and Packing List. You arrange the 70% balance payment within the agreed time (usually 5-7 working days).

    Our Action

We can use our reliable cooperative forwarders or your designated forwarder. We handle all export procedures: booking, container loading, customs declaration, issuing Certificate of Origin (CO/EUR.1), and vessel departure.

Final Release

Upon receiving the full balance, we will immediately proceed with the Telex Release (or courier the original B/L) so you can pick up your cargo smoothly. (Note: For customized orders or first-time cooperation, we may agree on different terms, such as balance before shipment, to ensure mutual security).
