What is your MOQ?
500 pcs per SKU for covers, machines, and laminating pouches; or MOV USD 8,000.
What is the production lead time?
Normally 40-50 days after deposit and packaging artwork confirmation.
Do you support OEM/ODM?
Yes. We support custom colors, sizes, thicknesses, and customized packaging (color box, neutral box, etc.).
Can I get free samples?
Yes, free samples are available for evaluation. You just need to pay the courier cost.
What are your payment terms?
30% T/T deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment or against B/L copy.
How do you ensure the quality?
We have a strict 3-step inspection process (incoming, in-process, final) and support third-party inspection (SGS, BV, etc.).
What is the shipping port?
FOB Ningbo, China.
Can you provide documents for EU customs clearance?
Yes, we provide full PPWR technical files, REACH/RoHS reports, and commercial documents.
